David Tisue has been a successful food writer for more than 5 years, publishing original recipes and photographs for whatomunch.com and a monthly column in the Berthoud Surveyor.

David has been a wardrobe supervisor and dresser for national tours and on broadway for The Lion King for more than 20 years. Through theater he has a vast knowledge of the arts and the workings of productions. An avid worldwide traveler with experience of many foods and cultures on several continents.

In addition to his commercial work, David is currently exploring the food scene in Colorado and is an acomplished sourdough bread baker.
